Hi, I'm Jaeli.
Founder of Once Content, and the person you'll actually find behind the camera on your wedding day.
Before Once Content, I spent years working in content creation and social media management, first for small, emerging businesses, then for recognised Australian brands. That work taught me how to read a room, notice what's actually worth capturing, and turn it into something that holds up.
Once Content came from a simpler realisation: some of the most meaningful parts of a wedding day happen quietly, in between the moments everyone's already looking at. The atmosphere before the ceremony. The way a room reacts. The movement and energy that can't really be recreated once it's passed.
My approach on the day is candid, calm and unobtrusive: phone and gimbal in hand, working alongside your photographer and videographer, staying out of the moments that need composure and close to the ones that don't. You and your guests stay present. I stay quietly out of the way, noticing.
More than anything, I want you to remember not just how your wedding day looked, but how it felt.

I notice the small stuff
The obsession is in the detail: a look, a laugh, a hand reaching for another. I'd rather catch ten of those than miss them setting up a shot.
I play well with your other vendors
Your photographer and videographer have a job to do. I know what that looks like, and I build my coverage around it, not over it.
I genuinely love weddings
Not the aesthetic of them. The people. The nervous parents, the too-loud uncles, the friends who've flown in. That's what makes each day different.
I take the job seriously
Clear communication before your day, a calm presence during it, and content delivered when I say it will be. No surprises, no chasing.
Recognition
Once Content placed Top 3 in the 2026 Wedding Industry Awards for South Australia.
Not the reason to book, but a reflection of how the last few wedding seasons have gone, and a nice sign that this is a business built to last, not a weekend hobby.
